SourceCloud Limited was formed in 2005 and has many years’ experience of writing advanced applications for a variety of clients, As AWS Partners, SourceCloud’s expertise comes into its own with the growth in Cloud computing.

We have extensive experience in developing new scalable solutions as well as migrating on-premise solutions to the cloud. We are passionate about designing and implementing the right systems for our clients. SourceCloud Limited is registered in England and Wales, company registration number 05531113 The EU general data protection regulation (GDPR) is a significant piece of European legislation which will come into force on 25th May 2018. It will strengthen and unify data protection for individuals within the European Union (EU), whilst addressing the export of personal data outside the EU.

How Will SourceCloud Comply with GDPR?

As a company we have been adhering to strict Data protection policies since our inception in 2005, we update and review all-out internal processes, procedures, data systems and documents to ensure we are ready for when GDPR comes into force.

Our GDPR Principles are:

  • Data is processed fairly and lawfully
  • Data is processed only for specific lawful purposes
  • Processed data is accurate and, where necessary kept up to date
  • Data is not kept longer than necessary
  • Data is processed in accordance with individuals consent and rights
  • Data is kept securely
  • Data is not transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (‘EEA’)

SourceCloud Limited adhere to stringent processes for keeping our data and our customer’s data secure we are Cyber Essentials certified, Certificate number 7181082.

SourceCloud Limited also processes personal data to comply with the eight principles of the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
